There
are more species of bugs on earth than any other type of
animal! This year, Bug Club topics will focus on diversity
-- bug diversity around the world, how humans are inspired
by bug diversity, the diversity of bug defenses, and the
diversity of bug adaptations. Join other bug enthusiasts
to learn and share information. You will take part in buggy
crafts, snacks and activities. You and your Bug Club friends
will also create a newsletter and correspond with clubs at
other zoos. Bug Club meets 10:00 a.m.-noon generally on the
fourth Sunday of every month year round. |
Ages: Children
ages 5 to 12 years
Fee: $50 per quarter plus a
one-time $10 materials fee for new members
